Absolutely. Many of our best client relationships started with conversations that didn’t convert immediately. We’d rather give you good advice now and earn your business when the timing is right. We’ll also review your current contract and let you know what options you might have.
We only have 5 employees. Are we too small?
No. We work with businesses as small as 3–4 employees. Small businesses actually benefit most from managed IT because they typically have the least IT expertise internally. If anything, a 5-person team that loses access to their systems for a day feels the impact more acutely than a 500-person company.
How quickly can you take over from our current provider?
We manage IT transitions carefully to prevent any gap in support. In most cases, we can have our monitoring and support infrastructure in place within 1–2 weeks of signing. We coordinate directly with your outgoing provider where needed — professionally and without disruption to your team.
