Network Management

A Network That Works Like It Should.

Design, implementation, and 24/7 monitoring of your wired and wireless infrastructure — no more “the internet is slow” calls.

Network design through 24/7 monitoring.

From initial architecture to ongoing management, we own your network infrastructure so you can focus on your business.

Network Design

We design networks for how your business actually operates — VLAN segmentation for security, proper bandwidth allocation, redundant links for critical systems, and wireless coverage mapping before installation.

Wireless Infrastructure

Enterprise-grade WiFi with proper coverage, band steering, and client isolation. We use commercial-grade access points — not consumer gear — and design for your specific floor plan and usage patterns.

Firewall Management

Next-generation firewall configuration and ongoing management. We enforce least-privilege access policies, configure VPN for remote workers, and review and update rules regularly — not just on install day.

24/7 Monitoring

Every switch, router, firewall, and access point monitored around the clock. Alerts fire before your team notices an issue, and our NOC responds to critical network events outside business hours.

Network Segmentation

VLANs separate your guest WiFi from internal systems, isolate IoT devices, and limit the blast radius if any device is compromised. Security starts at the network level.

Performance Optimization

QoS (Quality of Service) prioritization ensures voice calls and video meetings don’t get starved by backup jobs. We tune your network for your applications, not just for raw throughput numbers.

Secure remote access without the headaches.

Remote and hybrid teams need reliable, secure access to company resources. We configure and manage VPN solutions, zero-trust network access, and secure remote desktop — so your team works from anywhere without compromising security.

  • Site-to-site VPN between offices
  • Client VPN for remote employees
  • Always-on VPN for managed devices
  • Zero-trust network access (ZTNA) for sensitive applications
  • Split tunneling to optimize bandwidth
  • MFA required for all remote access

We deal with your ISP so you don’t have to.

Internet outages are frustrating enough without sitting on hold for 90 minutes. We serve as your technical point of contact with your ISP, handle fault reports, and manage escalations — so you spend your time running your business.

  • ISP circuit monitoring and fault detection
  • Outage reporting and escalation on your behalf
  • Dual-ISP failover configuration for critical uptime
  • Bandwidth utilization reporting
  • ISP contract and renewal guidance
  • Fiber, cable, and fixed wireless options evaluated

Network Questions

Our WiFi is always slow — what’s usually the problem?

Most small business WiFi issues fall into three categories: too few access points for the coverage area, consumer-grade hardware being used in a commercial setting, or interference from neighboring networks. We do a site survey, identify the gaps, and recommend the right fix — which is almost never “just upgrade your ISP plan.”

Do we need a separate guest network?

Yes, and it’s not just good hospitality — it’s a security requirement. Guest WiFi that’s on the same network as your business systems gives any visitor potential access to your internal resources. We create a properly isolated guest VLAN as part of any network deployment.

What firewall brands do you use?

We primarily work with Fortinet FortiGate, Cisco Meraki, and SonicWall — depending on your size, budget, and requirements. All provide next-generation features including intrusion prevention, application control, and DNS filtering. We’ll recommend the right fit for your environment.

Can you manage networks at multiple locations?

Yes. Multi-site network management is one of our strengths. We can centralize management across all your locations, create site-to-site VPN connections between offices, and provide consistent security policies everywhere your business operates.

Is Your Network Holding You Back?

A network assessment tells you exactly where performance, security, and reliability gaps exist — and what it’ll take to fix them.
